Sychpwll has two main event spaces, the five acre wildflower meadow and a two acre meadow. A wildlife corridor runs between the two meadows creating a unique and natural walkway. The rest of the site consists of the river side meadow (used for camping), a selection of eco straw-bale buildings and various accommodation options each with their own individual charm.
People come to Sychpwll to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding countryside, the abundance of local wildlife and the natural beauty on show.

WILDLIFE CORRIDOR
The Wildlife Corridor is a 200 metre natural corridor that separates the two and five acre meadows. The trees create a natural arched corridor providing a protective habitat to a variety of birds and other wildlife. The bottom of the corridor opens out to a space that people can congregate therefore making it very popular for wedding processions and marches.

5 ACRE WILDFLOWER MEADOW
The 5 acre wildflower meadow is a large open flat field that is ideal for camping, events and weddings. In the summer months, the grass is left longer to allow the flowers to grow. Paths and camp spots are mown in and around the edge of the meadow as well as a driving track for easy vehicle access.
2 ACRE MEADOW
The 2 acre meadow has a cosy protected feel due to its high hedges. Over the years, it has been a popular place to erect marquees, tipis, dance floors, stages and catering during weddings and events. The grass tends to be kept shorter than the 5 acre meadow making it good for playing team games.
THE FARMHOUSE
The 17th century farmhouse is full of charm and character. Although modernised, it still has many of its old exposed oak beams and original features. It is a two double bedroom house with an open kitchen and dining area. There is an open fire in the living room, a conservatory and private garden. It is available as a short term holiday let, or for use during a wedding or event.

There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, as well as an open plan living/dining area and private shower room. It is available as a short term holiday let, or for use during a wedding or event.
